Atmos360 engineering and design form the nucleus of creativity required to supply our customer base with the product solution required to solve their supply chain operational challenges. Our customer base requires a commitment to high quality competitive cost and product innovation to remain competitive in a global market. Our Engineering and Design Departments in concert with our Manufacturing Department consistently meet these requirements.
We provide proven engineering processes and systems throughout the project life cycle:
Conceptual Engineering/ System Analysis
This phase is used to identify problem(s), define success criteria, determine and align on desired path forward. Also this phase is used to find a solution for equipment to perform a specification for which commercial equipment may not exist, unacceptable lead times or the available solution is simply too expensive. Engaging client decision makers is critical during this period to assure alignment of the issue(s) and desired outcome. Typically used as a stepping stone to execution of larger efforts.
Definition / Preliminary Engineering
This phase is used to further develop options to the point of selecting a desired path for execution. If done correctly, the detail design effort (in the next phase) will be focused and efficient. Key scope decisions are made and project boundaries are clearly established.
Equipment Design
This phase is used to generate required detail design drawings and final documentation required for bidding, fabrication, procurement and construction. For turnkey projects there is additional interface with equipment suppliers for drawing approval, inspections, factory acceptance testing (if applicable) and securing required equipment technical documentation.
Startup & Verification
This phase is used to perform installation and start-up checks on individual equipment components and verify performance of the overall system. System baseline operating parameters are established before the system has a chance to degrade due to build-up.
